A study of over 10,000 people found that those who cycle 20 miles or more a week, are less likely to have Heart problems. The risk of Heart attack is reduced by 50%. Doctors say that to benefit from exercise, you should maintain your heart rate at an elevated level for at least 20 minutes, this can be achieved by bicycling.
